The Missing Link
The Master Nutrient Formula. A unique approach to animal and human dietary supplements. This product was developed to bridge the nutritional gap between what we, or our animal friends, obtain from typical "Western" diets and what we should be obtaining from an ideal natural diet. The more processed, preserved, heated, canned, dried, artificially coloured and flavoured foods we eat, the greater the "nutritional gap" becomes. The Missing Link is a "designer" product (Superfood) formulated from whole foods and food concentrates that bring together 8 nutrients and non nutrient factors that are missing from our diets - they bring the "whole, raw and fresh" element to our busy, convenient, over processed, twenty first century diets. The question we need to ask is are the oils we are consuming as natural as can be, ie freshly pressed (like fruit juices) or are they adulterated, refined, bleached, hydrogenated and heat treated ? 8 ESSENTIAL NUTRIENT AND NON-NUTRIENT FACTORS There are eight nutrient and non nutrient factors that are vital to daily preventative health care and maintenance. They are : - Friendly Bacteria for a healthy digestive system - Soluble and non soluble dietary fibre for bowel health, sustained energy and appetite control - Omega 3 and Omega 6 essential fatty acids carefully prepared and properly packaged to ensure a natural, unaltered molecular state. These wonderful oils are absolutely essential to health in multiple ways due to their importance in proper cell and cell-membrane function. - Active enzymes from natural sources for proper digestion, strong immune system and detoxification - Balanced protein for optimum growth and cell maintenance - Naturally occurring vitamins in their unaltered state - Major and trace minerals as they occur naturally in our whole food and food concentrate ingredients - An effective array of phytochemicals which are disease fighting, health benefiting naturally occurring plant molecules. We need these eight health promoting, disease preventing factors in our diets because our health is constantly being threatened by borderline deficiencies, marginal levels of nutrients and nutrients in the wrong, or altered, form that our body does not recognise or can only use in less effective ways. WHY DESIGNER FOODS? "The Missing Link" has been developed as a dietary supplement because more and more factors are forcing people to take charge of their well being in order to counteract the negative effects of stress, exposure to disease and the effects of poor diet. Poor diet has components that include soil exhaustion from poor farming practices, inferior commercial processing and storing methods, careless cooking practices and high consumption of "junk foods". VITAL INGREDIENTS The product is a response to a new consciousness of preventative health care - it is formulated to encourage the body's natural healing abilities.
