Preeclempsia Helped by Vitamin C A new study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association shows that vitamin c may help to improve blood flow in patients suffering from the condition preeclempsia. The study at Hammersmith Hospital, London looked at 161 women, 113 of whom had previously suffered from the condition. The women were given an intravenous dose of vitamin C. Preeclempsia is a condition which affects blood flow and can cause serious complications during pregnancy.
