Please Walk on the Grass…

The man that brought you "road rage" has now come up with a completely natural solution...good old fashioned grass.

Psychologist Dr David Lewis first coined the phrase 'Road Rage' and has been studying ways to calm down whilst on the move.

Subjects were given patches of real devonshire grass and scent sprays and asked to drive around. They were then asked to stop and walk barefooted on the grass. Blood pressure and heart rate were measured before and after the experiment.

Subjects also tried to relax by sitting in silence, but the research suggests a walk in the grass was far more effective.
